Busch A Two Time Nascar Cup Series Champion Will Return To The Xfinity Series In 2023

Kyle Busch to Drive for Kaulig Racing in NASCAR Xfinity Series

Busch, a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, will return to the Xfinity Series in 2023.

Busch has undergone many changes since his last Xfinity Series race in 2021, including a move to a new team and the birth of his first child.

Kaulig Racing announced Friday that Kyle Busch will drive the No. 10 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023. Busch, a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, has not competed in the Xfinity Series since 2021. He has won 102 races in the series, second only to Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s 104 wins.

Busch has undergone many changes since his last Xfinity Series race. He moved from Joe Gibbs Racing to Richard Childress Racing in 2023, and he and his wife Samantha welcomed their first child, a son named Brexton, in May.

"I'm really excited to be joining Kaulig Racing," Busch said in a statement. "They're a top-tier team, and I know they'll give me the resources I need to compete for wins and championships. I can't wait to get started."

Kaulig Racing is a relatively new team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, but they have quickly become one of the top teams in the series. They won the championship in 2021 with Justin Allgaier and finished second in the standings in 2022 with A.J. Allmendinger.

"We're thrilled to have Kyle Busch join our team," said Kaulig Racing president Chris Rice. "He's a proven winner, and we know he'll make us a better team. We're looking forward to working with him and helping him achieve his goals."

Busch's return to the Xfinity Series is sure to add excitement to the series. He is one of the most popular drivers in NASCAR, and his addition to the Kaulig Racing team should make them one of the favorites to win the championship in 2023.
